ABOUT THE VOICE BOX MUSIC
At The Voice Box Music, we believe live music should be more than just background — it should be an experience.
Our performances are inspired by a background in professional live music and theatre, bringing a sense of style, flow and presence that goes beyond a typical function band.
Whether we’re performing at a wedding, a private party, or a corporate event, our aim is always the same: to create atmosphere, connection, and moments your guests will remember long after the music ends.
OUR STYLE
Our sound is inspired by vintage jazz, soul and postmodern reinterpretations of modern songs alongside the classic songs over the decades that everyone loves.
We take familiar music and give it a fresh identity — stylish, stripped-back, and full of character. The result is something that feels both timeless and unique, whether it’s an intimate acoustic set or a full evening band.
OUR BACKGROUND
The Voice Box Music was founded and is led by Gemma Sutton, a professional vocalist with a background in West End theatre and performance.
That influence runs through everything we do — from the way our sets are structured to the overall feel of each performance.
We work with a small, carefully selected team of musicians and vocalists who share the same approach, style and attention to detail.
Every performance is carefully put together to ensure a consistent standard — musically, visually and in overall experience.
